By downloading or using the Perimo mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Perimo is a wellbeing app that offers perimenopause symptom tracking, personal insights, daily tips, and PDF reports you can share with your clinician.

2. Medical disclaimer

The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. All content is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified health professional about decisions concerning your health. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the App unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the service.

4. Premium subscription

• Certain features (AI insights, PDF reports) require a paid Premium subscription.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the App and its content belong to Perimo. The data you enter remains yours — you can export or delete it at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
